ATA Martial Arts has been an amazing blessing! I joined the Adult Martial Arts class at the ATA Martial Arts school because I wanted to support my children. I figured, if they saw me do it then anyone can do it! Surprisingly, Taekwondo has given me a new perspective on how I conduct my life. I have more confidence, I'm motivated, and I'm appreciative of what my body is capable of. I am no longer limited by using excuses such as my age (36 yrs), my role in life (wife and mother of 3), or my demeanor. I have so much to learn as a green belt, but I am loving the journey. Thank you ATA Martial Arts!!

I'm so proud of them and thankful to evoryone at ATA Martial Arts.
